I kdyz od druhé svetové války uskutecnily Spojené státy v prumeru každých dvacet mesícu jednu vojenskou invazi a je to jediný národ na zemi, jehož soucasná generace se muže "chlubit" tím, že prožila 26 let svého života ve válkách a prímých vojenských konfrontacích rozsetých po celé planete, USA ma za presidenty vojenske desertery jako Billa Clintona a G.W.Bushe.

A veterans group seeking to deeply discredit Democrat John Kerry's military service will charge in the new bombshell book UNFIT FOR COMMAND:

Two of John Kerry's three Purple Heart decorations resulted from self-inflicted wounds, not suffered under enemy fire.

Vypadá to, jako že jediný z těch, kteří to podepsali, jen jeden sloužil s Kerrym (tedy, pod Kerrym, což může mnohé vysvětlovat) na lodi - a  ani ten mu nevytýká zbabělé chování nebo, že by si nezasloužil svoje metály. A divím se, že si ještě někoho takového bushovci nenašli. Ti, které ukazuje Kerry na svém show, s ním na člunu sloužili a taková svědectví, jak já to vidím, nevyváží ani sto uražených Zumwaltů. Všichni ti, jejichž prohlášení (a ta jsou jistě pečlivě vybraná) jsou na tom linku, se cítí dotčeni nebo až do hloubi duše nasráni, že Kerry po tom, co ve Vietnamu viděl a veřejně řekl, byl proti válce. Mnozí Američané procitli až později. Já jsem tehdy taky poslal na legální fond toho poručíka, co měl na povel My Lai masakr, víc, než jsme si mohli dovolit. Mno, a není to tak dlouho, kdy by u nás někdo uvěřil, ža naši vojáci páchají atrocity v Iráku.

"purple heart", tak byste se tady tak neexhibicionoval. Mimochodem, dostal taky dvě bronzové a jednu stříbrnou hvězdu. To není za škrábenec, ale za statečnost v boji a někdo z jeho nadřízených ho musel navrhnout. Bush by mohl mít tak nanejvýš yellow couch potato medajli a ještě by mu ji musel vykrájet z brambory taťulda.

Detaily jsou jistě v dokumentech US Navy a teď už asi i někde na internetu. Nevím, zda je ještě má, když je mrsknul přes plot. V tom je právě ten republikánský podlý spin.

Když je dostal, tak si je asi zasloužil - a kdyby tam byl jen aby si budoval politickou kariéru (a na to není tak blbej ani Bush !), tak by je asi nezahodil a pro tu kariéru by je držel v bavlnce jak Škvorecký Fučíkův odznak. Myslím, že by se jich nevzdal, kdyby nejednal podle svého přesvědčení. Nemám Kerryho moc rád, ale tohle gesto (rozuměj republikánsky: prázdné gesto) mi imponuje.

První serdce:

In a training mission, he misfired a rocket-propelled grenade, causing a small piece of shrapnel to ricochet and hit him in the arm. The injury was so minor, it required only a Band-Aid. He had the audacity to ask the doctor who treated him if he would be eligible for the Purple Heart. The doctor laughed and told him to go back to duty. He went to his commanding officer and requested a Purple Heart. His commander laughed and told him to report to duty.
But Kerry, wrote a letter to someone in Saigon and – voila – got his first Purple Heart.

Druhé serdce:

Later, Kerry took his swiftboat down the river and spotted a sampan floating innocently in the water. For some reason Kerry thought he should blow it up. He fired on it and blew it up, all right. But it was carrying dangerous cargo – rice. Some of the rice flew up and hit Kerry. Second Purple Heart.

že milý pan Kerry zaujímá pózu, která mu dle dostupných pramenů nepřísluší - a je celkem buřt, zda jde o serdce či nikoliv.  Z Vietnamu utekl jak to jen šlo, ovšem teď se presentuje jako válečný hrdina.  
Podle historických pramenů mají ale jakékoliv vojenské zásluhy minimální vliv na presidentské volby - takže máte s tím shitem nakonec pravdu, jde skutečně o hovno.

stejně tak jako má pózu pan Bush. To jsou emerycký volby: to už znám.

Co mě překvapuje, je alergie emerických občanů na evidentně mediální témata, kterou shledávám naprosto srovnatelnou s reakcemi "Nováků" v kotlině nebo "řešení takzvaných témat" předhozených bulvárním tiskem v tom našem zaprděným zapadákově. Je to zástupný, ale někdo to asi podporuje.

Že ty válečný zkušenosti nemají vliv na "elektoriát" nějak zapomněl Bushův tým v okamžiku, když se Bush vymezoval vůči odpírači Clintonovi. Nebo to už teď neplatí?

Že je to všechno šit, na tom se bezesporu shodnem.
